The Allen City Council will address a regular meeting agenda item on August 11, 2026. The council is scheduled to approve the minutes of the July 23, 2026, City Council Special Called Workshop.
The agenda also includes an award bid for the Rowlett Trail Extension Project. Garret Shields Infrastructure, LLC, will receive the contract for CSJ 0918-24-296.
The City Manager is authorized to execute the agreement upon council approval.
The total cost for the project is $4,188,969. Council members will review the materials before taking action on both the contract award and the workshop minutes.
