TIF Fund Payments

The Allen City Council will consider authorizing payments from the Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone No. 1 Fund during its regular meeting on August 11, 2026. The proposed disbursements include $581,682.81 from the City Tax Increment and $214,536.73 from the County Tax Increment directed to TL GPG Watters Creek Owner, LLC.
