Jack Henry, the financial technology company that employs about 694 people in Allen according to the city's 2025 annual financial report, said Oct. 5 that websites it built for 10 banks and credit unions won awards in this year's WebAwards competition.

The contest is run by the Web Marketing Association, which is in its 18th year of judging websites in 86 industries. Judges score entries on design, innovation, content, interactivity, writing and usability. Jack Henry said every site it entered was recognized.

The top honor went to Great Southern Bank, whose Community Matters site was named Best Bank Website for 2026.

"Our Community Matters site is where we tell the stories of the people and organizations we've been proud to support, so we wanted it to feel as personal as those stories are," said Tim Miano, the bank's digital marketing manager.

The other institutions recognized were The First Bank, Cornhusker Bank, First Farm Bank, Wellworth Bank, Vibe Credit Union, Unison Credit Union, Kalsee Credit Union, Memphis City Employees Credit Union and First Financial Credit Union. The company's announcement did not say which award each of them received; the full list is posted at WebAward.org.

Jack Henry, based in Monett, Mo., says it serves more than 7,200 financial institution clients.
