Jose Ferrer and Seranthony Dominguez each pitched one inning of relief for the Mariners. For Houston, Hayden Wesneski took the loss after pitching four innings, allowing seven hits and five earned runs with six strikeouts.

Bryan King and Ronel Blanco handled the remaining innings for the Astros.
