Allen ISD families should complete any needed Skyward tasks before next weekend’s scheduled maintenance. The district says student access, family and parent access, and its human-resources and finance systems will be unavailable while the October software release is installed.
The maintenance window runs from 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, through 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, according to the schedule displayed on Allen ISD’s technology status page.
The district posted the notice Oct. 2 and said it would provide further updates before maintenance begins and when Skyward becomes available again. Families can check the official maintenance notice for the latest status.
