Allen's football team takes a perfect record on the road Thursday night, Oct. 15, when the Eagles (6-0, 3-0 in district) visit the Prosper Rock Hill Blue Hawks for a District 6-6A game at Children's Health Stadium at PISD in Prosper. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
The game is being streamed live on the NFHS Network.
Allen comes in off a 70-3 win over McKinney last week, a game in which its quarterback threw three touchdown passes and a running back ran for three more scores. The Eagles' defense has held opponents to seven points or less in four of the team's six wins.
Rock Hill is 3-3 overall and 1-2 in district play and is trying to end a two-game skid after losing 63-12 at Prosper last week. The Blue Hawks, coached by fifth-year head coach Mark Wilkinson, have made the playoffs each of the last two seasons, and their quarterback has passed for more than 1,000 yards and nine touchdowns through six games.
