Rodeo Goat, a well-known North Texas burger restaurant, has entered into a lease agreement for a new location in Allen. The establishment will be situated within Sloan Corners, a mixed-use project located at the intersection of State Highway 121 and U.S. 75.
Lucy Burns, a partner with Billingsley Company, the developer behind Sloan Corners, described the restaurant as a fitting addition to the area. She noted that the brand aligns with the development's goal of bringing local, distinctive dining options to the region. Burns highlighted the site's visibility along State Highway 121 and its proximity to Bravo Park, the community's central gathering space.
Rodeo Goat is recognized for its house-ground burgers and extensive selection of Texas craft beers. Menu items feature toppings such as candied bacon, caramelized onions, herb goat cheese, mango pico de gallo, and jalapeño jam. The restaurant currently operates 11 locations across North Texas, with its original flagship site located in Fort Worth.
Sloan Corners is designed to integrate office, residential, retail, and dining spaces. The development will also feature walking trails, dog parks, pickleball courts, and public art installations. Rodeo Goat will occupy space within the retail zone of the project.
