High 5 Exchange and QubicaAMF announced the start of construction for a new family entertainment destination located at 2361 Quail Covey Road within The Farm in Allen. The venue is scheduled to open in 2027 and will offer a combination of indoor and outdoor attractions, dining options, and spaces for group events to residents of Allen and the surrounding North Texas area.
Scott Emley, co-founder and CEO of High 5 Exchange, stated that the local community has been central to the project's vision from the start. He noted that The Farm integrates residential, commercial, and recreational spaces in a manner that aligns with how people wish to interact.
Emley expressed enthusiasm for creating a location where families can spend time together, coworkers can gather after work, and friends can celebrate significant occasions.
The facility will include 24 bowling lanes provided by QubicaAMF. This setup consists of 16 traditional tenpin lanes featuring EDGE String pinspotters, HyperBowling, and Neoverse technology, alongside eight Fly'n Ducks duckpin lanes. This dual-format approach allows guests to choose between standard full-length bowling and a social duckpin game played with smaller balls.
Jody Pastula, Director of New Business Development for QubicaAMF in the U.S., said that offering both styles creates more opportunities for participation and shared experiences among guests.
In addition to bowling, the plans include laser tag, a virtual reality arena, an arcade gaming floor, escape rooms, and an immersive experience called Creative Works Limitless. Outdoor miniature golf is also part of the design. The venue will support birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and private events through dedicated spaces and food and beverage service.
