The Dallas Cowboys wrapped up their 2026 training camp on Wednesday at The Star, marking the end of practices that began on July 29. This training camp included a notable trip to Oxnard and concluded with a final session attended by fans.
The team is gearing up for their last preseason game against the New Orleans Saints before finalizing their 53-man roster for the regular season.
Wide receiver CeeDee Lamb made a significant impact during the final practice, connecting with quarterback Dak Prescott for multiple completions, including a touchdown catch over cornerback Cobie Durant. Lamb also executed a remarkable one-handed catch for another touchdown during red zone drills.
Conversely, cornerback Cobie Durant faced difficulties, allowing two touchdowns, one to Lamb and another to George Pickens, although he has secured a starting position alongside DaRon Bland.
Linebacker Jaishawn Barham also impressed, starting on defense and demonstrating his aggressiveness by pressuring Prescott during a simulated blitz. Barham's performance has shown consistent improvement since the second preseason game against the Arizona Cardinals. As the Cowboys look ahead to their final preseason matchup, they remain optimistic about their offensive capabilities and overall performance heading into the regular season.
