Agustín Rossi, Flamengo’s goalkeeper, recently described the surface as having bumps across it. He said he hoped the field would be improved before the NFL game. The Cowboys remain designated as the home team, with Baltimore listed as the road team. Those designations have not changed, and the condition of the field at kickoff remains uncertain.
