The Texans will be without defensive end Jadeveon Clowney against the Bengals after a knee problem kept him from practicing during Week 2 preparation.
The injury is the third consecutive week in which Clowney has dealt with an issue. Ahead of Houston’s 36-31 defeat against Buffalo last Sunday, he had been managing ankle and hip problems. His latest injury leaves him unavailable for the game against Cincinnati.
Dominique Robinson and Sabastain Harash are expected to take turns in the rotational edge-rusher role behind Will Anderson and Danielle Hunter. No additional details were provided.
