Baylor football has unveiled its initial depth chart for the 2026 season as they prepare to face Auburn. This announcement is particularly relevant for fans in Allen, Texas, as the team gears up for a significant matchup.
DJ Lagway will start at quarterback, with Nate Bennett, Edward Griffin, and Quinn Murphy as backups. Dawson Pendergrass leads the running backs, supported by Caden Knighten, Michael Turner, Ryelan Morris, and Jacorey Watson. The wide receiver lineup features Louis Brown IV and either Dre'lon Miller or Jadon Porter as starters, while Gavin Freeman holds the slot receiver position.
On the defensive side, the Bears will have Kyler Jordan or Jordan Mack at defensive end, with Devonte Tezino or Kamren Washington at defensive tackle.
