Shoppers at Allen Premium Outlets will be able to order a latte where they browse leather bags starting next week. Coach plans to open a Coach Coffee Shop inside its outlet store at 820 W. Stacy Road, Suite 190, on Thursday, Oct. 8, The Dallas Morning News reported.
It will be the second Coach Coffee Shop in Texas. The first opened in 2025 at The Domain in Austin, according to CultureMap Dallas, which reported in May that the brand then had six coffee shops in the United States and plans for more than 100 worldwide.
The Allen café is built around a look the company describes as a classic New York corner store, a nod to the city where Coach was founded. Marcus Sanders, Coach's vice president of global food and beverage, said the company wanted a space in Allen that "feels like a true extension of the brand," where customers can slow down and connect.
On the menu
The opening menu leans on fall flavors, including a pumpkin spice latte and a chilled tiramisu latte, alongside Coach's signature coffee blend. CultureMap reported that the coffee comes through a partnership with Portland-based Stumptown Coffee Roasters and that the brand's shops typically carry cold brew, matcha lattes and pastries, plus novelty items such as a chocolate "Tabby Cake" shaped like one of the company's handbags.
Daily hours had not been announced as of this week.
