Riot Games has filled in the daily schedule for the part of its League of Legends World Championship that will be played in Allen, giving fans start times for all 14 match days at the Credit Union of Texas Event Center.

The Worlds 2026 guide that Riot's LoL Esports site posted Monday lists three stages. The Play-In Stage runs Oct. 15-18 in Los Angeles. Allen then hosts the Swiss Stage from Oct. 23 through Oct. 31 and the quarterfinals and semifinals from Nov. 3 through Nov. 8. The championship final is set for Saturday, Nov. 14, in Brooklyn, N.Y.

When matches begin in Allen

According to the guide, Swiss Stage play starts at noon Central time on Friday, Oct. 23, through Monday, Oct. 26. There is no play on Tuesday, Oct. 27. Matches move to a 3 p.m. start on Wednesday, Oct. 28, through Friday, Oct. 30, then return to noon on Saturday, Oct. 31.

Quarterfinals are scheduled Tuesday, Nov. 3, through Friday, Nov. 6, and the semifinals Saturday, Nov. 7, and Sunday, Nov. 8. Those best-of-five series begin at 4 p.m. Central.

The Swiss Stage is a five-round format in which a team needs three match wins to advance and is eliminated after three losses. Riot will draw first-round pairings on Oct. 18, after the play-ins finish, and will draw the quarterfinal matchups on Oct. 31.

Who is coming

Riot lists teams from China, Korea, Europe, North America, the Asia-Pacific league and Brazil, including Gen.G, T1, Hanwha Life Esports, Bilibili Gaming, G2 Esports and Team Liquid Alienware. Four teams, among them Cloud9 Kia and Karmine Corp, must first get through the Los Angeles play-ins.

The city announced in July that the event center had landed the Swiss Stage, quarterfinals and semifinals, and said Allen is the first host in the tournament's history to stage all three at one venue. Tickets are sold through the event center, according to the city.

The event center's community ice rink pauses its regular sessions while the tournament is in the building.
