BearCom, a provider of wireless voice, security, and data solutions, announced the grand opening of the M10 Technology Center in Garland, Texas. Located at the company’s corporate headquarters, the facility is the first experience center operated by a national integrator dedicated exclusively to Motorola Solutions technology.
The opening coincides with the launch of M10 Security, a new division within BearCom designed to handle the design, sales, and support of Motorola Solutions video security and access control systems for enterprise clients.
Hubert de Pesquidoux, executive chairman and interim CEO of BearCom, described the facility as an integrator-hosted space rather than a manufacturer showroom. He noted that the staff conducting demonstrations are the same individuals responsible for system design, installation, and long-term support. De Pesquidoux attributed the facility’s distinct approach to BearCom’s decades-long relationship with Motorola Solutions.
Mark Schmidl, senior vice president of global video and enterprise sales at Motorola Solutions, stated that the center provides enterprise customers with a dedicated environment to evaluate technology without distraction. He characterized BearCom’s investment as a reflection of leadership that supports customer needs.
As the largest Motorola Solutions channel partner in North America, BearCom utilizes its national footprint to assist enterprise customers from initial demonstration through deployment. The M10 Technology Center will function as a national resource for customer demonstrations, technology training, and industry events. The facility aims to accelerate the adoption of video security and access control solutions across education, healthcare, government, industrial, and data-center sectors.
