The Los Angeles Angels defeated the Texas Rangers 3-0 on Saturday, August 22, at Globe Life Field in Arlington. Scoring Sequence Unfolds

The Angels took an early lead in the first inning when Mike Trout singled to center field, allowing Neto to score from first base. This put Los Angeles ahead 1-0. The margin expanded in the sixth inning when Ballesteros doubled to center, driving in Trout for the second run of the game.
